December 2016:
Digital Edge 50 for Sickle Cell Patient Management Tool

Jefferson creates an innovative Sickle Cell Disease (SCD) Patient Management solution that aggregates data from disparate systems to transform the once complex process of finding, analyzing and using information to a transparent, user friendly and interactive experience where clinical staff can target interventions to reduce debilitating and life-threatening episodes for SCD patients.



December 2016:
Ventana Research Business Technology Leadership Award

Through a partnership between Jefferson’s Information Services & Technology, Clinical and Operations teams, Jefferson implements Domo to positively impact care and outcomes for the approximately 43,000 patients treated in its hospitals and nearly 495,000 ambulatory patients treated in its ambulatory practices each year. 



July 2016:
Most Wired Award for Patient Experience at Abington-Jefferson Health

Abington Hospital – Jefferson Health receives the 2016 Most Wired for the fifth year in a row. Technology is improving the efficiency of care delivery and creating a new dynamic in patient interactions, according to results of the 18th Annual Health Care’s Most Wired® survey, released by the American Hospital Association’s (AHA) Health Forum.
